Cable Commission
The Commission shall be composed of five members total, all appointed by the City Council. The membership includes one Cannon Falls Resident, two members of the City Council, Cable Director and the City Administrator.
The Cable Commission duties are as follows:
- Oversee and provide advisement to the cable department;
- Be the liaison to City Council for current activities;
- Oversee cable franchise administration and renewal proceedings;
- Make recommendations to the city council on department budget, personnel and equipment purchases;
Cable Commission will meet as needed.
